What AI tools your non profit is using and for what?

Do share the tool names and the use cases for which they are used.

At Team Everest, we are using some of the below AI tools:

  1. Bard / Chat GPT - For research, social media posts, creating emails, proposals, and reports
  2. Midjourney - For creating images

Interesting… I know that bots can

  • design collateral
  • write content

Wondering if any of you has used AI for “customer service” on your website- very common now in business sites.

@venkat - We are exploring AI for customer service currently. As NGO’s we need to create a lot more knowledge base for AI to answer. So, now we are investing time to document them and put in resources to manage it.

Limbic is used for mental health assessment, though not terribly efficient

How about holding a training session for the third sector in using AI tools? Another thought is, can we create an online directory of the AI tools that people can access, as per need?
