For long term skills based volunteering, are there any specific guardrails to ensure high quality of skills being offered to NGOs and at the same time good quality projects offered to the volunteers?

What are your thoughts on the common practice of providing perks like t-shirts, transportation, and refreshments for corporate volunteers? Do you believe these offerings are essential for fostering employee engagement in volunteering activities, or do they potentially overshadow the intrinsic motivation to give back?

Would like to understand the nature of employee volunteering experience and interests coming from international locations. Do they exhibit similar enthusiasm on volunteering as in India/ employees.

How important is employee choice in determining vol opportunity

What was the success rate with the number of volunteers who turned up for the event versus the number of volunteers you needed for that particular activity?
Have you faced situations like employees register for an event and you arrange all logistics for that event and then half of the registered volunteers do not turn up? How do you manage in that case?
