What do you do about the possibility of risk a new volunteer may cause to an NGO? The same risk you mentioned it may cause to a corporate. Say an analyst / associate working as a project director. @WeDoGood

Being a digital mentorship program you might have come across a lot of challenges. How do you tackle those, also just wanted to know if there are any passive mentees, meaning who sign up to the program but don’t respond later. What measures do you take to keep the passive mentee engaging?
