How do you effectively sell volunteering as a professional growth tool?

Ranga, How do you get someone to donate repeatedly for the same cause ? How do you make it more impactful ?

Seasoned volunteers generally know that skilled volunteering help develop other skills. However people who are new to this, generally feel that there are the only ones who providing. How can we get people to understand the benefits of skilled volunteering?

What are the key skills or attitude to be a successful volunteer

We are an organization aiming to promote Probono volunteering where volunteer can exhcnage their skills (design thinking, data decision, etc.) and build new skills (empathy, leadership, etc.)
