The practice of adding an hr’s section around culture of volunteering in sales force employee onboarding is such a good practice!
Gamification can be a powerful tool to enhance volunteer engagement insights by incorporating game-like elements into the volunteering experience. This could include creating leaderboards to track volunteer hours or achievements, implementing badges or rewards for reaching certain milestones, and designing interactive challenges or missions to encourage participation. By gamifying the volunteer experience, organizations can gather valuable data on volunteer behavior, preferences, and motivations, helping them better understand how to effectively engage and retain volunteers over time.
Volunteering can be serious, it can be fun when gamified. When the impact can be achieved by making it fun and which will also increase retention, it’s a win win situation
