The VolCon Idea-Execution Challenge is aimed at testing innovative solutions to engage volunteers from 2 high-potential, yet underpenetrated segments: 1. Homemakers 2. Senior citizens.
Participants can submit their pilot ideas, and the top idea for each target segment will be selected to receive a grant of INR 25,000 for idea execution.
The 2 Challenges/Segments:
- How can you recruit/engage more homemakers in volunteering?
- How can you recruit/engage more senior citizens in volunteering?
Submission Questions (2-3 lines each) for each segment:
- How will the INR 25K grant be used to engage more volunteers in your target segment?
- What is innovative in your approach to engage this target segment?
- How many vols can you engage with this grant, over what duration, and how much time will
each volunteer engage over this duration? - What impact can be created through this?
Submission Guidelines:
● All submissions should be made as a personal message to Kartikye on discourse
● Applicants can submit pilot ideas for both challenges - homemakers & seniors. However, separate applications must be submitted for each of the segments, and any applicant can be selected for only 1 of the 2 segments.
