IWT is currently drafting a document that outlines the workflow of an ideal volunteering intermediary platform. See link here.
The document covers the journey/experience from the perspective of both- a volunteer and an NGO partner.
Our aim is to build a comprehensive reference document, which can then be shared with all existing and aspiring volunteer intermediaries.
We are opening up the draft document to comments, and would invite you/your NGO to share any feedback or inputs based on your experiences & perspectives as well.
