In that case how volunteer mangement can be do positively…Kindly suggest

the volunteering efforts that we want to do need different verticals to join together. We see a potential in how volunteering can help employees, can you help us with tips on how to keep our pitch in such a way it is aligned to different verticals - csr and hr

  1. How do you fund your employee volunteering program? Is it from the 2% CSR Budget or there is a separate budget for volunteering?

  2. do you’ll have Volunteering as a part of employees’ KRA?

  3. What is percentage of virtual activities in the activity mix?

Being in hr , csr, and comms, please let us what all you do to let your employees know whatz happening in the csr space and share all volunteering opportunities knowing the email read rate is always very low

They orgnanised a lake clean up activity and invited the client and connected and socialized with them. What are some unique ways verticlals outside of Corp comms, HR, CSR have leveraged employee volunteering at Genpact, Firstsource, VFS?
